About RiotZine
RiotZine is a webzine created with the intention of promoting local and unsigned music throughout Surrey and Hampshire by doing interviews, photo shoots and reviews. The site was first launched in early May 2007, and has undergone several changes, both in the websites appearence and the people who make up the team. One thing that has remained the same, however, is our aim: To Promote and Preserve local music.
Although created to promote bands and musicians local to Surrey and Hampshire, we have contacts in countries all over the world of pretty much every genre.
We believe in giving every musician the opportunity to achieve their potential, whether that is to "make it big", get signed, play Wembley or simply get off stage after their first gig with a feeling of accomplishment.
Bands interested in photo shoots, interviews or EP/CD/Gig reviews please get in touch with us. We are always on the look out for new music and would be more than happy to offer constructive criticism.
